Formed in 2004 by a core of senior technical staff from leading storage and networking vendors, our network support specialists have decades of deep technical expertise.
Over the last eight years, we have grown to become the UK’s largest “third party” provider of Specialist Data Centre Connectivity support. Our clients, both end-user and IT solution providers, do not have the expertise to support this specialist equipment so instead turn to our contractor services to deliver reliable yet cost-effective services without the issues of staff training, retention and availability.

By avoiding allegiance to a particular vendor, we offer consulting based on impartial, expert opinion backed up by the technical expertise needed to implement and support a solution. Either directly or through contract agreements, we support over 250 of the UK’s largest organisations including Royal Bank of Scotland, Shop Direct & DVLA from a list which includes 24% of the FTSE 500.

We also provide training programmes to help both partners and end customers perform routine maintenance on equipment that is no longer supported by an OEM due to end-of-line, acquisition, forced upgrade policies or as a cost-effective alternative to annual contract fees.
